Grade I: Physical body and Yoga Asanas: How to relax and purify the physical body?

  • Impurities leading to bad habits in the Physical body
  • Focus on the Physical body -> The basic functioning of the physical energy in the body
  • Names of the 1st set of asanas

Practice:

  • Transformational Yoga first set (purification set)

Grade II: Prana body and pranayama: How to relax and purify the Prana body?


Theory:

  • Prana body: relationship Swadisthana-Agya
  • 5 channels of Prana and pranayama
  • Impurities leading to bad habits in the Prana body
  • Focus on the Prana Body -> The mechanism of the flow of energy in the body
  • Names of the 1st and 2nd sets of Transformational Yoga asanas

Grade III: Mental body and meditation: Relaxation and purification of the Mental body.

  • Focus on the Mental Body -> The 3-dimensional structure of the Mental body (Past, Present andFuture)

  • Focus on the Psychic body -> Awakening the True Self.

  • Explanation of the Invocation Mantra
