I teach Yoga preferring a dynamic approach where breath is coordinated with movement, flowing slowly from one position to another; the synchronization of breath so creates a continuous flow of positions that allow a balanced workout of all parts of the body, and the achievement of a high degree of mental concentration. I love to integrate my teachings with specific sessions involving the use of props useful to the practice in order to improve the executive technique of the positions.
I propose Yoga classes and private lessons to improve your own practice or approach it for the first time, discovering the benefits that such total psychophysical experience can give you, accompanying each one in a path of well-being, personal and spiritual growth. The sessions provide a balanced sequence adapted to the individual level, and include warm-ups, execution of positions, relaxation practices, breathing, concentration and meditation.
Through practice you will improve alignment, symmetry and precision in the execution of asanas; by acting on a physical, emotional and mental level, it will exceed the pain caused by poor posture, stimulating the circulatory system, reducing stress and strengthening the immune system, making your body more resistant.
