I was first introduced to Yoga while living in Atlanta, GA and was captivated by its ability to impact every aspect of my life. Currently, I have been practicing for five years and have made a conscious decision to dedicate myself to bringing this amazing transformational experience to others. Undergoing extensive training, I received a 500 hour teaching certification from Nishpatti Yoga International in 2012 where my passion for authentic and sincere knowledge of the Yoga tradition is shared. My goal for teaching is to assist my students in progressing towards a healthier physiology, mind-set, and greater awareness to achieve overall well-being.
I have been practicing yoga for about five years now. Recently, in the year of 2012, I have completed the extensive 500 hour teacher training course with the founder of Nishpatti Yoga International. While presently living in Fairfield, Iowa I continue to share the ancient knowledge and true bliss of yoga through the Maha Siddha Tradition. While honoring my ever expanding practice and understanding of yoga, I am realizing the deeper purpose of yoga as a healing modality. This has brought about clarity towards my pure intentions of aligning myself with the universe and expressing my nature. All the while, I have the open opportunity to help myself and others heal as well as evolve.
