Allison Zamani completed her YAI-certified TTC at the Tulasidalam School of Yoga Pada.
Allison believes in the power of yoga. Allison's study of yoga first began with the physical asanas, but it has since become so much more. Through yoga she has found increased serenity, a calm mind, and a healthy body, and she knows that, with continued practice, the same can happen for anyone. Allison had her first teacher training in India in 2010 and returned for additional training in 2014. Her classes focus on alignment as a technique to train the mind, and her passion for yoga shines through in every class.
Kara Wenham has an innate passion for the art of movement. During the past 14 years whilst she was working as a Tango teacher and dancer in Argentina, she was also practicing yoga. What started as a mild curiosity soon developed into a passionate hobby and a way of life. With her first 200 hour TT completed at the school of Yoga Pada in Kerala India, she then moved to Berlin and started to teach shortly thereafter. Kara’s goal is to inspire and empower others through offering a dynamic and challenging, yet accessible class that incorporates a vinyasa flow with a strong emphasis on breath and alignment. She aims to help her students reach a state of moving meditation, where we cultivate awareness not only of our body but also of our mind. As both grow in strength and flexibility, so does our overall sense of balance and well-being.

EMILY BARSNESS KLUNDT completed her YAI-certified TTC at the Tulasidalam School of Yoga Pada.
Emily began her yoga path in 2009 and became a certified teacher in 2015. Originally drawn to yoga to reduce the stress of life as a high school teacher, Emily found yoga to be a transformative experience mentally, physically, and spiritually. She embraces yoga as deep connection between mind, body, and breath that enables us to stay grounded in the present. Emily is a high-energy, positive, and compassionate teacher who guides her students through a powerful and playful yoga practice that leaves them feeling invigorated, nourished, and grounded. She currently lives and teaches in San Francisco, California. In addition to yoga, Emily loves spending time with her loved ones, traveling, cooking, and anything that makes her laugh.
